You pay nothing upfront, and nothing if we recover nothing. How pricing works

How to read this estimate.

  • Commercial claims only

Count the claims you bill to commercial payers like UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna and Blue Cross. We don’t work Medicare or Medicaid claims.

  • Average paid, not billed

Use what payers actually pay per claim on average, not your charge amount. Your remits (835s) show it.

  • The rate is the big unknown

Industry estimates run from 1% to 11% of revenue. Practices that have never audited their payments tend to sit higher. A free audit replaces the guess with your actual number.
